At Furnipro, we aim to deliver you the very best products at affordable low prices.

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the return process as simple as possible for you.

If you are not happy with your purchase from Furnipro, you can return or exchange it, or have it repaired, in accordance with the terms below.


Change of mind? No worries.

At Furnipro, we understand that it’s quite possible for customers to change their mind due to certain circumstances, we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:  

  • You hold an original proof of purchase
  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging, is unopened, unassembled, unused and as sold.


Please note:

  • Special orders or custom-made items are not applied with our Change of Mind Policy
  • Furnipro reserves the right to decline a refund where the returned item has been used, assembled or damaged by misuse or neglect.
  • Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
  • A 15% of restocking fee will be applied to cover our handling cost
  • All risk in the goods remains with the customer until received & checked back in our warehouse

Manufacturer's Warranty
We supply the premium quality commercial furniture, and all our products come with manufacturers' warranty. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy.
It should also be noted that the guarantee does not cover:
  • Goods modified by customer
  • Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods
  • Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance
  • Any damage due to an accident or force
  • Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors
Warranty Claims
If you have a Warranty Claim please contact us via E-mail and provide the prove of purchase and images of the faulty parts, one of our customer service member will contact you with further instruction.
